- If the premise is RENTED then: Registered rent agreement with the shop / officer owner electricity bill.
Financials : Last 3 yrs Income Tax Returns
Bank statements :
- Till date updated Bank Statement for last 1 year from all current & savings account.
- Also 1 year bank statement from where the loan EMI is going (if any)
If you are a applying as a Partnership Firm or as a partner in it then would need :
- Partnership Deed.

If you are applying as a Private Limited Company or Director in it then would need companies :
